A very pleasant, easy ride that follows the old Boston and Maine railroad grade. There is good birding potential, particularly at the East Haverhill end as you enter a preserve. read: 6.2 miles on jeep trail (smooth old railroad bed); if Variation 2 is ridden, additional 3.6 miles on ATV-width doubletrack. Location: 19.8 miles west of interstate 93, exit 26, in Warren.
