mostly paved, with some nice trails branching off in places so watch for them. also they let walkers and horseback riders too so sometimes ya goto watch it. but if you want a nice flat place to keep a pace, this would be it. plus the horse trails branch off all over and ther fun too. this is not for the super thrill seeks though.
