Blackbird State forest is mostly fire road and dual track trails with very little topography to speak of. Nevertheless, it is a nice ridde for a beginner, and due to the many interconnected trails, the ride can be made as long as you want. There a few equestrians here an there, and during hunting season you'd have to be crazy to get near the place except on Sundays. Nice rides through...
