This is yet another highly scenic trail that Colorado offers to it's MTBers. Nothing technical stands out in my mind. It is a very nice loop offering both single and doubletrack. How to get there: From Vail: Take North Frontage Rd and climb up Red Sandstone Rd for a few mmiles. Go right on FS786 to the Lost Lake trailheads.
