This is one of the best trails in Alaska. It consists of everything from views of glaciers, to viewing the sockeye salmon run up the Russian River to spawn(of course the timing of the run must be right), and to some great singletrack riding. This trail consists of many types of terrain where the trail travels through subalpine forests of hemlock, birch and many tall grasses and other vegetation....
