You start off the trail going up the mountain on a fire road...the fire road goes for about 2 miles, then levels off and turns into a singletrack for the remainder of the uphill. Closer to the top, the trail get a little more technical, having a few 1' to 2' dropoffs. At the end of the trail, you will be on East Camino Cielo near one of the water tanks.
