From the parking lot, head out on Elden Lookout Road and start your long climb for approximately 7 miles. At the 7 mile point you will see a trailhead through a fence. Follow it up 50 ft to Sunset trail. Take a left (right takes you to Elden Lookout about two miles further up)and enjoy the view and a tight section on the catwalk. Approximately 2 miles further down Sunset you'll come to a fork....
