Munny Sokol is a well-maintained, winding single track through the woods on the outskirts of Tuscaloosa. It's not very technical but has a few rough spots with roots and downed logs. With nice roller-coaster effects and no big climbs or long downhills, this is a fun trail that can be ridden in it's entirety in 45 minutes to an hour by anyone short of the late Chris Farley.
